I want to return the product(s) in my order. What should I do?

Meat and egg products may not be returned and the amount of unusable products will be sent to the customer.
It is not possible to return the product in case of dislike the taste of the product.
For the long shelf life products that you want to return, the shipping fee is at the customers charge.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days after the product is delivered to us.
You may follow the turnaround process through the bank.
*SEND YOUR RETURN PRODUCTS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WITH AN ORIGINAL INVOICE AND A NOTE THAT EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR REFUND TO THE ADDRESS GİVEN BELOW.
